Ordering and Delivery

We aim to deliver any item in stock within 5-7 working days of receiving your order.

Next day service available – please ask when ordering.

Prior to ordering bespoke products, customers must take care to be specific about design and colour as they can only be returned if faulty.

All orders must be fully paid for before despatch.

We are happy to deliver goods outside the UK, please call for delivery quote. The prices on this website are in £ sterling and include 17.5% VAT where applicable.

Standard delivery £3.95 First Class Post. Very small items £2.00.

Special delivery for expensive items i.e. Riding Hats depending on weight – please ask when ordering.

Next day express delivery service £10.00. Simply call before 12noon and your parcel will be delivered the next working day, providing the item is in stock.

If you wish to return goods for any reason, please complete the form on your despatch note and take to the Post Office. Send your parcel to:
Returns Department, Le Beau Cheval, Fir Tree Barn, Rimington Lane, Rimington, Clitheroe, Lancashire BB7 4DS

Goods will only be accepted if returned in original condition and packaging, and within 14 days of despatch.

The customer is responsible for safe return of goods, which should be well packed. You are advised to obtain a ‘certificate of posting’ as lost goods cannot be compensated for.

On receipt of goods we will process your return (excluding postage and packing).

Descriptions, Colour and Measurement

Every care has been taken to ensure descriptions, measurements, colours and prices are correct at all times, but we reserve the right to make changes and you will be informed at the time of ordering.

Measurements and sizing are approximate to be used as a guide.

Bespoke Service Available

If you cannot see the size you need – please ask and we will try to accommodate you.

Faulty Goods

Faulty goods will be exchanged or refunded if returned in original packaging, unused and unsoiled within 14 days.
